Braza Churros are doughnuts that originated in Spain, but it was Brazilians who have improved the way to make them by adding a delicious yummy filling. The filling can be Doce de Leite (Caramel) or Brigadeiro (Chocolatte). Churros contain no animal ingredients in the dough and are deep-fried in vegetable oil.

El Asador translates to 'the barbecuer'. In Argentina, barbecuing is an art requiring patience and diligence taking hours to prepare. At the Perth International Student Festival, we will be firing up our barbecue to cook chorizo and beef ribs with chimichurri.

They are fresh made directly in front of the customers using a fun and entertaining way.
It is a special machine, which is a special device and has its origin in Germany.
The best of it, they taste the way like naturally potato chips are supposed to taste: really delicious and crispy.
People have the choice to top them up with their favourite toppings.

Red Hot Spatula are roving caterers. Specialising in Asian Tapas as well as producing the true flavours of Asia.

Chef Riki Kaspi is renowned for her Moroccan spices and cooking. Their stall utilises Riki’s spices and expertise in making exotic and delicious Tagines - served with Couscous and breads.


Santana'S Thai Street Food

A delicious selection of authentic Thai food with enough flavour and spice to send your taste bud memories back to the food stalls of Bangkok or to that Thai island holiday, you so fondly remember because of the amazing food! At the Festival, they will be serving up specially priced local Thai delights all day long. Make sure to try this one!
